Mercury is ruling this New Moon and they are still in the shadow period post retrograde. As a Virgo New Moon would have us planting seeds around areas of our lives that need extra attention to detail and improvement this Mercury placement, as well as mars coming into square Neptune tomorrow, bring the energy of not really knowing the path or outcome but trying to move forward anyway. The Mercury trine to Chiron is asking us to improve our communication and really our ability to speak up for ourselves. Maybe there are some miscommunication issues, maybe we’re gaslighting ourselves, maybe we finally feel the courage to talk through some issues. Virgo can bring in crisis highlighting areas of life that need attention and anylasis. It’s all part of the process.

Mars square to Neptune to start out this Mars day can feel very confusing and foggy, miscommunications and maybe arguments, maybe you’re just feeling lost, maybe there’s desire to just tune out of reality today aided by the denial nature of Virgo. The deeper meaning would be for us to attune to a greater inner understanding. Mars in gibbous phase inconjunct to Pluto is an angsty and frustrating aspect that could also add to the confusion, there is something to be done but we’re not sure what it is. And then Venus conjunct the South Node in Libra is bringing up relationship attachments to we relived and reworked. As Mars in Gemini is ruling the North Node in Aries, and considering the aspects mentioned above, we are being asked to question ourselves and the stories we tell ourselves.

With all the Lunar aspects this morning and then Mars entering Cancer today could be quite emotionally driven. As it is a Mercury day and they are still in Leo it bring in a mental self focus and orientation, we could be trying to express or just learn more about the inner emotion tide.

The evolutionary intent of Mars in Cancer is to become emotionally self secure but of course that is always instigated by first seeking out that emotional security from others before we understand it’s actually internal. With Venus on the South Node in Libra and the moon closing in I think today has the potential for us all to face where we have been projecting emotional security needs on others. It’s Mercury day though, try to talk it out.

Thursday 9/5 JUPITER DAY

Jupiter in Gemini at 19*

Moon in Libra conjunct South Node and Venus

The Libra Venus and South Node conjunction is front and centre still as the Moon meets with them today. It could manifest as reworking, reliving and resolving past relationships or just relationship dynamics. We could be meeting our people pleasing behaviors head on. As it is a Jupiter day and he is in Gemini it’s about expanding our beliefs and are truths that we tell ourselves, it’s about getting to know ourselves a little deeper. Paired with the Libra stellium today, maybe we can explore new ways of relating to ourselves and others. Jupiter also correlates with risk, maybe we risk rocking the boat and being true to ourselves rather than continuing to play it small as to be digestible to others. Also with Libra is issue of going to extremes. Maybe your need to be loved and appreciated is extra strong today so you go to extremes to get that love and approval. Maybe you decide the only love and approval you need is from yourself. Maybe you start questioning your beliefs and truths around your relationship needs. It’s a good day to have conversations with those we love and really listen!
