An astro packed day! First and foremost this is a Mars day, so we are being called to participate, take action and make decisions today. From Taurus, Mars desires to be self-reliant and self-sustaining. The Neptune stationing rx at the last degree of Pisces which is an internal shift for the next 6 months asking us to go within to find deeper meaning and truth to our lives where we can discern our ideals and expectations and cultivate more empathy and love for this universal human experience. Can we make our dreams a reality or are they just idealistic fantasies?

Soon after Neptune stations rx, Mercury makes a trine to him from Cancer just before moving into Leo. Reiterating the need to discern whats truly important, meaningful and beneficial to our souls purpose in this lifetime.

Mercury entering Leo has us all mentally attuning to our vitality and creative purpose, what makes you feel alive? What makes you feel special? What makes you feel loved? What makes you feel confident?

Thats give the perfect set up for the Sun square the Nodes, choosing to nurture our creative purpose. So yes we are striving toward the Aries independence but the Libra relationship dynamics (To ourselves and others) are popping up because they need to be reworked and resolved.

Then Venus in Cancer makes a first quarter trine to Saturn in Pisces, asking us to identify and choose to engage in opportunities that will encourage our development which could look like making mature and authentic value choices.

So the evolutionary intent of Pluto in Aquarius is for us all to liberate from all the different forms of conditioning that had affected our self definitions, literally breaking free from the past which includes not just our formative years but also past lives. Through that we’re learning to look at life more objectively to understand how and why we are in this life to identify and eliminate things/ideas/beliefs/relationships/whatever that is preventing our growth and evolution.

Now we have Mercury in Leo in opposition to this Pluto in Aquarius. So you can see the inherent conflict of this Pluto in Aquarius objectivity as Mercury in Leo is existing within its own subjective mental reality.

Within the energy of any opposition you have the experience of extremes with two polarities that need to be integrated. Mercury in Leo ruled by Sun in Cancer so today there is a focus on our own subjective emotional reality. So today how can we find balance between our own subjective emotional experience and the need for collective liberation? Our first Jupiter Day with Saturn and Neptune both being rx in Pisces. The theme of Jupiter transiting through Gemini has been about expanding on the existing definitions we have surrounding our personal and collective truths and beliefs. We’re on a journey of growth and getting to know ourselves and others on a more authentic level, Jupiter in Gemini has been encouraging our thirst for self knowledge. But its like who are we truly? Who are we when you strip of all the conditioning and learned behaviors and attachments? Chiron in Aries is the masculine wounding, we’re seeing it everywhere with the wars happening and as groups of humans are exploiting other groups. People in power taking advantage of others, people in power making decisions that benefit themselves and their agendas but affect mass amount of others negatively. The square to Venus is that as a collective we are feeling afraid and insecure.
